Senai International Airport offers two separate car parks – the basement car park (short term) and open car park (long term). For the basement car park, the rate is RM3.00 for the first hour and RM2.00 for every subsequent hour. For the open car park, the rate is RM1.00 for the first hour and RM2.00 for every subsequent hour.

You can call the Airport Taxi (Tel: +607 5991622) in advance or approach their counter situated on your left upon exiting the baggage collection hall for enquiries and bookings.
Taxi rate from Rochor Road to Senai International Airport is approximately S$100. Taxi fare from other parts of Singapore to Senai International Airport depends on the pick-up location.If you are budget-conscious, you can take a taxi from Rochor Road to JB Sentral for and then take the shuttle bus to Senai International Airport for RM8 per ticket one-way.
There are motorcycle parking bays at the Senai International Airport long-term car park. Motorcyle parking is RM 1 per entry. Most bikers will protect their motorcycle with protective blankets for longer term parking.

Currently, passengers can purchase AirAsia and Malaysia Airlines (MAS) tickets from the ticketing counter located on the first floor of Senai International Airport passenger terminal. However, if you are referring to an integrated online ticket purchasing system, currently we do not have one as yet with our airline partners and as such, could not offer such services to our valued passengers for the time being.

Senai International Airport's food and beverage outlets operate daily from 6am till 10pm while the retailers open up till 9.30pm.
You need to board the 5.30 am shuttle bus at City Lounge that is scheduled to reach Senai Airport at 6.10 am in order to be on time for the 0700 am flight.
Check in counters are generally open at least two hours (for domestics) and three hours (for international) before the departure time and closes 60 minutes before flight time. However the timing may be vary by airlines. Passenger is advised to be at the airport at least 1.5 hours (for domestics) and 3 hours (for international) to avoid long queue and congestions.
For economy class, the maximum weight for carry-on baggage is 7kg. The dimension must not exceed 23cm Width x 36cm Length x 56cm Height.
 
For security reasons, certain restrictions have been introduced to limit the amount of liquids, aerosols and gels (LAG) that passengers may include in their cabin baggage on international flights. All LAG items must be carried in containers that have a maximum capacity of 100 ml/mg and sealed in a transparent plastic bag. Passengers are advised to check-in all liquids, aerosols and gels (LAGs) that do not meet the limitation guidelines.
 
Senai Airport is not liable for any lost / damaged baggage and shall not be able to provide any compensation.  If you lost or received your baggage in a damaged condition at the conveyor belt, we advise you to lodge a feedback or seek further information to the respective airlines that you’re travelling with near the baggage claim area.
 
 
There is locker service available located at the terminal concourse next to the police station.
 
There is a money changer provider at Senai Airport which is located just outside the arrival hall.

Generally, the operations hours for retail and F&B outlets in Senai Airport open from 7.00am to 10.00pm. However it may vary depending on the outlet.
