Senai Airport is not liable for any lost / damaged baggage and shall not be able to provide any compensation. If you lost or received your baggage in a damaged condition at the conveyor belt, we advise you to lodge a feedback or seek further information to the respective airlines that you’re travelling with near the baggage claim area.

There is locker service available located at the terminal concourse next to the police station.

There are two money changers provider at Senai Airport with one located at after the arrival hall and the other before the departure hall.
