Before checking in your belongings, please ensure that valuable items e.g. camera, jewellery, mobile phone, laptop, money, etc. are transferred to your hand luggage and carried into the cabin with you. Currently, passengers can purchase AirAsia and Malaysia Airlines (MAS) tickets from the ticketing counter located on the first floor of Senai International Airport passenger terminal. However, if you are referring to an integrated online ticket purchasing system, currently we do not have one as yet with our airline partners and as such, could not offer such services to our valued passengers for the time being.
