Overview of Land Development
SATSSB is currently working with the consultant (GDP Architects), who appointed NACO and Foster + Partners to prepare a revision on Airport’s Master Plan (by referring to the PWC Revised Plan) by 3Q2025. A revision of the Master Plan will be done every 10 years (due in 2026) to ensure development as per approval by the Government, and any development shall comply with technical and safety standards
The proposed masterplan revision for the long-term development of Senai Airport requires additional footprint through maximizing the utilization of the current airport land.
