Responsibilities
For the benefit of the Press who wish to cover any specific area of the airport operation, this page will illustrate the roles and responsibility of Senai Airport and our business partners at Senai International Airport.

  Organization   Roles & Responsibility  
  Senai Airport Terminal Services Sdn. Bhd. : Oversees the management, maintenance and development of the airport terminal, property and land. Also responsible for the airport security and firefighting, cleanliness, passenger service, maintenance of technical facilities, and providing ground handling services as well as equipment to requesting airlines.

  Airlines : Sees to the flight operations, ticketing and reservation, check-in, baggage handling, and other flight and passenger matters at Senai Airport.

  Authorities : There are a few government agencies that work hand-in-hand with Senai Airport to ensure safety and security at the airport as well as to provide services to the public:

Department of Civil Aviation (DCA)
Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) Malaysia, under the Ministry of Transport Malaysia is responsible for providing efficient and safe air transportations. The DCA manages air space and services of air traffic control, as well as supervising the compliance to the civil aviation legislation.

Responsible for administering security and police patrols at the airport. The police station, situated at lower ground level of the terminal building is open 24 hours daily.
